Coronavirus COVID-19 Information

Firstly, I hope you are all keeping well and safe through what is proving to be a difficult period for all of us. The situation we find ourselves in is constantly changing, and the impact of the pandemic is being felt in almost every aspect of our lives.

Within reason it is our intention to remain fully operational in order to continue to provide you with a first class service and in order to do so we are taking the welfare of both you the customer and our employees very seriously indeed. To this end we have put in place the following measures in accordance with Government and Health Service directives:

All of our employees have been strictly advised to self-isolate at the first sign of any symptom and notify us immediately.

All of our engineers have been issued with FFP3 grade face masks, disposable gloves, overshoes and hand sanitiser. After each job all disposable protection will be disposed of to stop the spread of infection. 

If it has not already been ascertained, prior to entering your home, our engineers will ask you if there have been any symptoms within the household of the Coronavirus so that the engineers can utilise the appropriate safety measures. 

Whilst working in your home we respectfully request that you maintain a safe distance from our engineers and they have been instructed to do the same.
